LADIES..... this is foundation buildup from applying makeup in the car. When you apply makeup in the car, it layers itself into a thick hardened crust. Foundation powders make its way into EVERY BUTTON, CRACK AND CREVICE. Sometimes it stains black vinyl and trim and harsh chemicals and steam are used to remove it. With a steamer, it literally melts like mud down the steering wheel. It's nasty.....

Side note: ZINC INFUSED SUNSCREENS AND MAKEUPS will stain your vinyl leather and plastic trim pieces! It looks like white fingerprints or rubber marks and again, we gotta use harsh chems to remove it. Steam alone won't remove this most of the time!

Years of buildup. When they say it's not that bad, this is usually my go-to to show.... its way worse than it looks.
