What makes BuzzSide different?

I've been thinking a lot about this lately, and I realized it isn't just that we clean homes. It's how and why we do it.

Every person has value.
We've walked into homes where people apologized before we even stepped inside. They were embarrassed, overwhelmed, or convinced we'd judge them. The truth is, that's never been our job. Every home has a story, and every person deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. We aren't here to make you feel ashamed of where you've been we're here to help you move forward.

Detail is the standard.
Anyone can wipe a counter. We believe the little things matter because they're what make a house truly feel like home. We take pride in our work because when we leave, our name leaves with it.

We keep our word.
If we tell you we'll be there, we'll be there. If we make a mistake, we'll own it. Trust isn't built through perfect situations it's built by showing up consistently and doing what's right.

We protect our people.
Whether it's our clients or our team, respect isn't optional. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. When you invite BuzzSide into your home, you're inviting people who genuinely care about each other and about you.

We leave it better than we found it.

We don't compare ourselves to other cleaning companies because that's not our focus. Our focus is helping people reclaim their homes with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Before stepping into being a business owner, I was a cleaning tech. Just trying to survive. I did my research, vetted my products, and studied the “industry standard” from what I’d seen across several other cleaning businesses. But no matter where I looked, I kept running into the same misconception in our industry: that cleaners are the bottom of the totem pole. That because we clean toilets, we’re somehow not worth much, or don’t deserve more than bare-minimum respect.

Here’s the truth, in any industry there are people who do the bare minimum. They skate by, hoping they don’t mess something up, giving just enough effort to get by. And because most people start cleaning as a side hustle for quick cash, that mindset ends up defining the whole industry in a lot of people’s eyes. But the ones who set a standard — who set a precedent — are the ones who actually thrive.

At BuzzSide, we don’t operate on bare minimum. We hire the best to give the best. We have product knowledge. We know what we’re doing and why we’re doing it. We know the difference between cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting and that difference matters. We know our work is a reflection of us and our business, and we aim to exceed standards and expectations every time.

I’m batting for myself and my team. I put us in rooms and hold us up just as high as any other industry. We may not build the houses but we clean up after the builders. You see a newly built house and thank the builders, but you don’t see the 16 hours a cleaning crew puts in to make that house actually feel like a home. Your tenants don’t care about your property and leave it a mess and we’re the ones who come in and bring that home back to proper condition.

And yet it’s always a haggling over price. Like the work we do isn’t skilled. Like the standard doesn’t matter as long as it’s cheap.

Here’s what I’ve learned building BuzzSide: you teach people how to value you by how you value yourself first. If you show up small, apologizing for your rates, unsure of your worth. Thats exactly how you’ll get treated. But when you know your craft, know your product, know the difference between a wipe-down and full disinfecting you stop asking for respect and start commanding it.

We’re not the bottom of anything. We’re the standard.

Detail is the standard. That’s not a slogan. That’s our business.
