FAQ
1. Q. Do I have to take my clothing to you?
A. No Way! Here at Amanda’s Laundry Services, we strive to make your laundry as easy as possible so we pick up and deliver so you never have to leave your home.
2. Q. How can I know ahead of time what my laundry will weigh?
A. There are a few ways you can check for yourself ahead of time. The easiest way for you to check yourself is to place your laundry into 13 gallon trash bags and place them on your bathroom scale. Ensure the bag is completely on the scale and not leaning on anything or moving. If you have trouble getting a reading, stand on the scale yourself while holding the bag and subtract your weight.
3. Q. Do I need to provide cleaning products?
A. Not unless you want too. We at Amanda’s Laundry Services provide the cleaning products unless there is a request for specific cleaning products to be used (i.e due to allergies or just personal preference) in which case we ask that you provide the cleaners you prefer, that way the correct products are sure to be used.
4. Q. What if I have a preference on cleaners?
A. Not a problem whatsoever. Here at Amanda’s Laundry Services, we want you the client to be totally comfortable and we are happy to use cleaners you provide if you have a preference.
5. Q. What do I need to do for the appointment?
A. Simply place the clothing you want washed into 13 gallon trash bags. Each bag will be washed together, so only put things you want washed together in a specific bag. We will do the rest!
6. Q. Do you iron?
A. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer the service of ironing, although we hope to add it at some point in the future.
7. Q. How do I make an appointment?
A. Find us on our page Amanda’s Laundry Services or DM or call or text 870-941-3259. We will need a name, address and phone number when booking the appointment.
8. Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. At the time of delivery when your order is completed you will pay for your order. We accept Cash, Cash App, and Pay Pal.
9. Q. What if I have questions or concerns about my order?
A. The line of communication is always open and you are welcome to contact us at anytime during your order, also we will remain in contact throughout the process keeping you up-to-date.
10. Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes! We have multiple discounts available for applicable situations. Just ask us!
