We are very happy to share the finished pics of our brand new sidewalk and parking lot thanks to Miguel and the amazing crew at Landis Excavating, LLC ! They did it all, down to the line painting and parking bumpers and it not only looks awesome; but it’s so much easier for our customers!

We kinda forgot to take “before” pics, and we know sidewalks and parking lots aren’t that exciting, but you can see in the old pic here what the crumbling sidewalk and rutted lot looked like before!

Next on the list is a few new washers as we continue our capital improvement plan, thank you to all our customers for being patient as we worked through this improvement!

We are SO thankful for our amazing contractor, Miguel from Landis Excavating, LLC who sprung in to action after learning of the mishap. He and his crew were able to clear the defacing and we are incredibly thankful and appreciative. If you’re looking for concrete, excavating, hard scape or paving work, you must contact them!! Enjoy the beautiful day today everyone!! ☀️🌻🌳

We are trying to do our part to keep the neighborhood looking nice. It’s REALLY disappointing to spend the amount of money we are spending on new sidewalks to have someone deface them like this 😞

Happy Monday friends! Just a quick note to remind you that as per the signs posted at New Street Laundry, today we begin the work of sidewalk replacement and parking lot resurfacing! The work will take a bit over a week, but we expect you to be able to access the laundromat via a temporary walkway in a day or two! Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the property for easier access for you!
