Meet Carlos

3 seasons deep with L&G… and this dude is a STUD.

Carlos is the guy you want on your project when details matter. He takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners, period.

He might be the team jokester, always keeping things light…
but when it’s time to work? Airpods in😂. Locked in. Focused. Gets it done right.

Natural leader. Leads by example every day.

Off the job, he’s all about family, and if you know him, you know he’s the type to give you the shirt off his back.

And yeah… if he’s not working, he’s probably working on cars. Fixing them, customizing them… or “customizing them a little too much” 😂

Deck staining season is rolling.

This week we started the prep process by washing down a few decks getting them ready for stain. A good finish starts long before the stain ever touches the wood.

Next step is giving everything time to properly dry before we come back to sand and prep the surface for finish.

Stay tuned for the final transformations over the next couple weeks.
