✨ Big things are happening behind the scenes! ✨

Last week, I was invited to complete a commercial walkthrough for an exciting new project in Joliet. The space is being transformed into an Action Behavioral Center and spans approximately 8,000 square feet!

If you thought I stepped away from commercial cleaning projects, think again. 😎 While I took a brief pause to focus on other ventures, I’m officially back and ready to take on commercial opportunities once more.

From office buildings to healthcare facilities, behavioral centers, and more, The Essential Housekeeping is prepared to deliver the same level of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect.

This project is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to share more updates as things progress.

Day 2 at America’s Mattress in Joliet 🧼✨

Today’s focus: WINDOWS. And listen… I usually subcontract this part out, but today I made a different decision. I told myself, “keep that money in YOUR pocket.” So yes—I got up on that ladder and got it DONE myself 💪🏽

Quick gem for my business owners 👇🏽
Be careful when subcontracting out work. If your contracts aren’t tight, it can turn into a breach… or that same subcontractor could circle back later and try to offer THEIR services directly to your client.

Protect your business. Protect your relationships. And know when it makes sense to keep things in-house.

Day 1 at our American Mattress commercial clean in Joliet is officially in the books! 🙌🏽

Me and my team came in ready and got straight to work—we made some major progress and knocked a lot out! 💪🏽✨ Today, we’re heading back in to finish up those final touches and bring everything together.

Huge thank you to Toro Construction for trusting us and allowing us to be a part of this project—we truly appreciate the opportunity!

Another commercial walkthrough in the books 🐾✨
Today we completed a commercial walkthrough for a new veterinary office opening soon in Naperville!

Veterinary spaces require a higher level of detail and sanitation, and this walkthrough allows us to assess everything from exam rooms and surgical areas to floors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces—so the space is clean, safe, and ready to welcome patients (both two- and four-legged 🐶🐱).
