⚓️ Boat season is in full swing, and first, I just want to say THANK YOU!
To our amazing clients, thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding while we navigate some very long days and packed schedules. And to those who are eagerly waiting to begin services with us, thank you for hanging in there. We see you, and we haven't forgotten about you.
The truth is, we don't exactly have enough hands on deck right now... but the hands we do have are absolutely phenomenal.
This crew shows up, works hard, stays late, supports one another, and consistently delivers the level of quality The MerMaid is known for. I'd rather ask for a little patience than sacrifice the standards our clients deserve, or burn my crew out and jeopardize their health.
We know waiting isn't always easy, and we genuinely appreciate the trust you place in us. Your homes, businesses, boats, and properties matter to us, and we're committed to making sure they're cared for by a team that's worth the wait.

It is no secret that I have struggled to find the right team for this business. After several months of nothing but greatness and positive feedback, I feel confident that I've finally got this right.

To my incredible MerMaids crew — you deserve your flowers. 💐

These women don’t just “go to work.” They SHOW UP and they SHOW OUT. Day after day. Early mornings, late nights, last-minute schedule changes, heavy workloads, long drives, chaos, deep cleans, turnovers, boat season madness… and somehow they still manage to work together with kindness, laughter, and teamwork.
They are reliable. Consistent. Hardworking. Loyal.
They step up without being asked. They stay late when needed. They come in early. They volunteer to help each other. And most importantly… they genuinely care.
Every single one of them brings something valuable and unique to this team, and I notice it all. The way they support each other, encourage each other, and push through tough days together makes me incredibly proud. Even when 'together' means we're all in separate locations and just keeping touch in the group chat.
Good help is hard to find. A truly solid team? RARE.
And I know how lucky I am to have one. 🧜‍♀️✨

We are officially in the THICK of boat season over here, which means my incredible crew and I have been putting in some very long days lately — early mornings, late nights, and sometimes running purely on caffeine, determination, and good music 😂
I just want to kindly ask for a little extra patience and grace during this busy season. My team works unbelievably hard, and I could not be more proud of the dedication they continue to show every single day. These girls are out here giving it their all, even when the days get exhausting.
We truly appreciate every single one of our clients. Your understanding, your kindness, and your support of our small business means more than you know. 💙

IT'S TIME!! Our Dog Of The Week is Ruth!! AKA Ruthless Toothless Chicken Pot Pie. He's NOT afraid of the vacuum even when it's running, BUT don't you dare let that scary vacuum CORD anywhere near him. 🤣😂 He's a really really good boy. Super soft, super sweet, and he keeps me chuckling. ♡
