These blinds are a bad example. To all the cleaners in the world out there do not waste your time cleaning these blinds. What you do instead you measure them you take photos of them then you send them to the property management or whoever you’re cleaning for and you tell them these need to be replaced you give them the measurements you tell them you’re happy to price them out and give them a quote to replace them if they don’t wanna buy them themselves, you can offer a service to do so, otherwise do not waste your time trying to clean these blinds!

Why I Don’t Use Bleach And Why This Matters

Two cleaners were recently found unconscious due to chemical exposure.

Cleaning products are chemicals.
And certain combinations can create toxic gas within seconds.

Here are mixtures that are extremely dangerous and commonly done without people realizing it:

🚫 Bleach + Vinegar (or any acidic cleaner)
Creates chlorine gas. This can cause chest pain, coughing, lung injury, and loss of consciousness.

🚫 Bleach + Ammonia
Creates chloramine gas. This damages the respiratory system and can be life-threatening in enclosed spaces.

🚫 Bleach + Toilet Bowl Cleaner
Many toilet cleaners are acidic. Same chlorine gas reaction.

🚫 Bleach + Rubbing Alcohol
Creates chloroform v***r. Dangerous to inhale and can cause fainting.

🚫 Layering products without rinsing first
Even if you don’t “mix” them in a bottle — spraying one on top of another can cause a reaction.

This is why I personally don’t use bleach in my routine.

Not because it can’t be used properly.
But because it’s one of the most misused products in cleaning.

Most people aren’t measuring proper dilution.
Most bathrooms don’t have great ventilation.
And social media trends encourage “stronger” instead of smarter.

Cleaning should not cost you your lungs.

Use products as directed.
Never mix chemicals.
Rinse before switching products.
Ventilate your space.

Knowledge is what makes you a strong cleaner not harsh chemicals.

10-hour shifts with a new Phoenix client Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
8-hour shifts at Eagle Stop on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
And early mornings dedicated to growing my business.

It’s going to be tough. It’s going to require discipline.

But I’m preparing for it — because sometimes you build the future in seasons that feel heavy.
