Immediate position available in Linden, NJ, Experience preferred but will train the right individuals. We are currently looking for a reliable individual who can work Mon-Fri with some weekends; who can ensure a high level of quality at all times working as a Window cleaning/Pressure Washing Technician. Under general supervision, our Window cleaning/Pressure Washing Technicians operate high-pressure cleaning equipment at both residential and commercial locations., while following assigned work orders and all company policies and procedures. We are interested in motivated, self-starters who are goal-oriented and hard-working. The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (lifting, standing, bending, etc.), which includes working outdoors in all conditions. He or she must be able to understand spoken and written instructions in English. Previous pressure washing experience a plus! In addition, he or she must be reliable and trustworthy and must pay attention to detail and take pride in his or her work. This position is usually only seasonal, but experience in sales and/or customer service may lead to year-round work.

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Shows up when expected
-- Efficiently and carefully performs all duties of work
-- Works on some projects independently and some with other Technicians
-- Ensures that all areas of the project are clean above our clients' expectations
-- Performs window washing
-- Runs all of the technical aspects of pressure washing machinery
-- Works with the Lead Technician to obtain great results
-- Attends required team meetings
-- Performs other work as required or assigned
