5 reasons Why you should hire a small local cleaning business compared to a larger cleaning company

1. They CARE about their business💖

Someone who takes the time to get an LLC, insurance and write up contracts because they care about making their clients happy is someone you want to hire!!!
- the cleaners hired by big cleaning companies don’t care about their work because they have NO INCENTIVE TO!! (Trust me, I speak from experience)

2. They are CONSISTENT and TRUSTWORTHY✨

Locally owned cleaning companies are typically solo cleaners where you will get the SAME cleaner in your home every single time
- with larger cleaning companies you are guaranteed to get a different cleaner at some point due to inconsistent scheduling)

3. They use QUALITY products and equipment🫧

Smaller cleaning businesses have more time to FOCUS on QUALITY OVER QUANTITY so they take pride in their cleaning products!!
- larger companies use watered down products to make them last as long as possible

4. They COMMUNICATE🗣️

Small cleaning companies like myself likely schedule right through their cell phone so you can quickly and easily communicate with them and not have to hassle with an office phone!!!
- larger cleaning companies will purposely not answer their phones a lot of the times and it can be impossible to get ahold of them!!!

Smaller cleaning companies take pride in their work and they don’t want you to be disappointed!
- larger cleaning companies want to get as many houses done in as little time as possible which makes it very hard to focus on quality
