JM Gutters is growing and we’re looking for another installer to join our team.
This is a full time position with plenty of opportunity to grow. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We want someone who is willing to learn a trade, work hard, and build a career.
Experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide the training, tools, equipment, gutter machine, and work trucks needed to succeed. A clean driving record is required, as this position will eventually involve driving company vehicles and handling jobs independently as your experience grows.
Pay will start at a daily rate. Once you’ve proven yourself and are able to run jobs on your own, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a percentage based pay structure with higher earning potential.
We’ve been serving our community since 2005 and have built a strong reputation by taking care of our customers and our team. We’re looking for someone who will fit into our culture, take pride in their work, and grow with us for years to come.
