Hi, my name is Jade. I’m 22 years old and I LOVE to clean. My favorite types of cleanings are deep cleans, move in cleans, and move out cleans. However, I have no problem doing baseline cleaning as well. I would like to clean for the Lincoln, Sun City Hills Lincoln, Western Rocklin, and Western Roseville area.
Something I have noticed in the cleaning world is a miscommunication regarding the differences between the three types of cleaning. So I would like to make my definitions clear.
1. Baseline Cleaning - a simple dusting of surfaces, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
2. Deep Cleaning - a deeper cleaning of the house, involving scrubbing, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, removing soap scum, deep cleaning ovens, stove tops, microwaves, bathrooms, etc.
3. Restoration Cleaning - bringing an object back to its former glory.
I can do a hybrid of the first two types if necessary.
I have zero qualifications in restoration cleaning. I am studying how to restore, but I will not do it alone until I spend many hours doing it with someone who is experienced.
Things I will not Clean/do:
I will not do dishes, nor make beds. I will not clean out your refrigerator. I won’t clean the inside of your dryer nor washing machine. I won’t do your laundry. I WILL do a FREE walkthrough upon request.
Pay $25 an hour - My Rate where you Provide all the Supplies (minus the gloves)
Pay $40 an hour - My Rate that Includes these Supplies:
Spray bottle of Dawn Dishsoap and distilled water (great for dusting).
Mr Clean Meadows and Rain
The Pink Stuff Miracle Cleaning Paste (a natural, mild abrasive, good for removing dirt off of dog/cat doors without being too chemically for pets)
The Pink Stuff The Miracle Cream Cleaner (another mild abrasive, good for getting scum out of sinks. Not for use on stainless steel)
The Pink Stuff The Miracle Multi-Purpose Cleaner (good for grime and smells so fantastic and fruity without that annoyingly strong chemical scent)
Member’s Mark Disinfecting Wipes Lemon Scent (fantastic for killing most germs on stairwells, light switches, door k***s, etc.)
Windex (we all know what this one is for!)
Boulder Clean Disinfectant Cleaner (a gentle disinfectant spray that is all natural
Oxi Clean 3 in 1 Deep Clean (this one is great for killing most bathroom bacteria)
Zep Heavy-Duty Citrus Cleaner (this degreaser destroys grease on stove tops, in microwaves, and works well on grout without stripping it)
Zep Foaming Wall Cleaner (Gentle on paint and good for removing cigarette stains)
Zep Bathroom Foaming Cleaner (very good on soap scum in baths and showers. Will not use if you have mold, since this spray is mostly water-based and might cause the mold to multiply.)
Sprayway Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish (can bring back the shine of a stainless steel refrigerator or the outside of a stainless steel oven/microwave. Container is class 1 flammable aerosol. Your house must be air conditioned for me to bring the can inside safely.)
Easy-Off Oven Cleaner (does the job but is highly chemical. The Pink Stuff Paste can replace this product, but it will not be as effective.)
Lysol Disinfectant Spray (kills most germs in the air but the container is flammable and could burst above 130F)
Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner (not for use anywhere except the toilet bowl)
OdoBan (I have two dogs and this stuff is safe to use in their portion of the house as long as it has time to dry first. Helps so well with eliminating odors. Works on bedding too. Or, if you’ve ever kept sheets in a closet for too long and they went all smelly; this is the spray for the job)
Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaner Orange or Lavender Scent (I rave over this stuff for cleaning trash cans. The scent can be overpowering for some people, but if you like the scent, it can make a trash can smell fresh for days)
Hydrogen Peroxide 3%
70% Isopropyl Alcohol
Clorox Toilet Wand Pads
Mr Clean Sponges (brand new sponge for each home)
Shower Squeegee
Scrub Mommy (brand new scrub for each home)
Small, Medium, and Large trash bags.
Gloves.
Corded Vacuum.
Microfiber towels. These will not be used in bathrooms or garages.
Paper towels.
