We are so excited to see our General Manager, Erika Ruiz, featured in Strictly Business! 🖤
Today is also extra special because we are celebrating Erika’s 5-year anniversary with New Start Cleaning! Five years of hard work, dedication, growth, and being such an important part of our company. We truly cannot imagine New Start without her.
Erika was also recently named our Office Staff Employee of the Month, and if you could see everything she handles behind the scenes every day, you would understand exactly why.
On any given day, Erika coordinates the schedules of nearly 60 cleaners and more than 90 regularly scheduled residential homes. And that’s only our regular clients! It doesn’t include apartment turnovers for our local apartment community partners, construction cleans, emergency cleanings, or the last-minute calls we receive from our amazing local Realtors.
Even with everything she has going on, Erika remembers our clients by name, their preferences, what they like and don’t like, and all the little details that make a difference. She takes so much pride in making sure our clients are taken care of and our crews have what they need.
We are incredibly grateful for everything Erika has given to New Start Cleaning over the last five years. Her dedication to our clients, our employees, and our company does not go unnoticed. 🖤
