Full Laundry Service with pick up & delivery included
Hello!
We are offering a concierge laundry service for our area of Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, & surrounding areas. Service will include wash, dry, and fold AND pick up and drop off to your home!
I offer a variety of detergent options that are included or if you have a detergent you prefer you can provide it with your order.
Turnaround time would be 24 hours or less for average size orders (4-6 kitchen size laundry bags). Turnaround time for larger orders will depend on the number of bags per order and will be provided when order is scheduled. *Exceptions to the standard turnaround times would be communicated in advance, and would typically be due to a larger than normal volume of orders needed to be completed on the same day.
Pricing-
We are offering this service for $1.00 per pound with a $15 minimum within 5 miles and
$1.50 per pound and $20 minimum within 6-10 miles outside of Lincoln.
Pick up & Drop off of your order is no contact with bags left on your porch unless in person meeting is requested.
Standard pick up and delivery times are between the hours of 8 AM and8 PM Monday-Friday. No deliveries will be made after 8 PM.
Your order will be weighed after it has been completed and photo sent with your order total including weight.
Payment options are either cash or Venmo and are due at the time of drop off.
All items will be treated for stains upon request at no additional charge with the knowledge & understanding stain removal is no guarantee.
If you do not want specific items folded, I am happy to hang them for you. I just need you to include hangers with your order.
*If you’d like your laundry, sorted by family member, I can do that! Just have each family members laundry in separate bags and labeled, and I will return it the same way!
I do accept laundry with excessive pet hair however, I do not guarantee that your order will be 100% free of any pet hair remaining.
Items I do not accept-
Items soiled with automotive oils or fluids.
Items soiled with flammable fluids.
Items soiled with animal f***s or urine.
Comforters that are larger than full size.
Cloth diapers.
**If any of these items are included in your order, they will be separated, and returned to you unwashed, but will be included in the total weight for pricing purposes.
