Now Hiring: Pool Construction Crew Leader – Lead the Best in the Business

The Pool Guy of Lima is growing again, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Crew Leader to head up our pool construction and service teams. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who knows how to get the job done, keep a team motivated, and deliver top-quality work to our customers.

👷‍♂️ What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Leading a crew in the installation of in-ground and above-ground swimming pools
• Communicating clearly with customers and management
• Training new crew members and maintaining a positive, accountable work culture
• Ensuring job site safety, quality control, and proper use of equipment
• Problem-solving on-site challenges as they arise

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Leadership experience in construction, landscaping, or a similar field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on construction or pool installation experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and power tools safely and effectively
• A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example
