Plumber PSA for my Northland neighbors this morning:

If your sink or tub is draining slow today, please don’t dump half a bottle of chemical drain cleaner down there yet.

If the line is already partially clogged it can turn into a nasty sludge that actually makes the blockage harder to clear later.

Hot water + dish soap is a safer first try.

If it’s still backing up, it probably just needs a proper cable cleaning.
