Customer called us for a second opinion after a “big name” plumbing company ran a camera and told them their pump was shot… 💸

We showed up, took a look, and plot twist the pump was working just fine.
The tank just needed to be pumped. That’s it.

What was about to be a big, expensive repair turned into a few hundred bucks and a happy customer.

Turns out, a catchy jingle or a cute mascot doesn't fix septic systems… knowing what you’re doing does. 😉
