Our services include the following.

Spot shot cleaning; for when you simply need a little touch up on a already clean home. $10 per room.

Light cleaning; sweeping, mopping, dusting, vaccuming, cleaning any surface that is touched regularly. this does include laundry, washing dishes, as well as trash removal. (Upon request) $15 per room.

Deep cleaning; a light cleaning that includes ceiling fans, base boards, under furniture, and under appliances, as well as cabinets. $25 per room.

Organization; for those who struggle to keep or maintain a system. $5 per room.

Declutter; for those looking to downsize items within their home but still keep what is most needed. $5 per room.

Hoarding Cleanup; this service is for those that need help taking their home back. $50 - $100 per room.

Our prices are based on the number of rooms you would like cleaned, as well as the milage to get to your home. We do not charge by the hour as most cleaners do, simply because we see no reason to charge for a clean that could take two hours, or twelve hours, or sixty hours: and only spend fifteen minutes in each room, leaving behind mistakes and imperfections. It's not fair to the client. It's much easier to simply charge a single price per room and spend as much time needed cleaning those rooms to perfection.

The only exception for price in Hoarding Cleanup and it is on site discussion.
