I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, I sure did. Here are some before and after pictures of a recent headstall cleaning. After a good scrub, a coat of oil, and working in a conditioner, the leather was back to being hydrated and supple. The pictures aren't always very drastic but the feel usually is!

Another headstall out the door! Most people just see a dusty bridle here but what I see when cleaning is the last photo... A sink full of mold, dirt, sweat, hair, dust, and sometimes bugs (including a scorpion)! Nevertheless, I enjoy getting my hands dirty to restore all of your beautiful tack.

Massive photo dump warning📣 I just loved working on this saddle so much! Photos never do them justice but I can definitely say I'm proud of myself for how this one came out. It got the full menu treatment; washed, oiled, conditioned, waxed, shined conchos and hardware, detailed tooling, and can't forget about the back cinch. No more sweat, dirt, green gunk on the rivets, or pesky dirt dauber nests! It's prepped and ready to go on display, what a beauty. Bet you wouldn't have guessed that this saddle is over 20 years old, I sure didn't!

I enjoy getting in ornate items such as this headstall and bit set. The roughout bridle needed a good wash and some TLC to restore it back to it's former glory and the bit just needed to be hand polished. Pardon my photography skills on this one, it's trial and error but I'm always honing my skills to produce better photos of all the hard work I put into TCTC.

Check out the cutest kids cutter saddle I've ever seen! Affectionately named "The Mustache Saddle" and adorned with Yosemite Sam conchos, it was an absolute joy to bring some life back into this one. Dust, mold, dirt dauber nests, green oxidation on the rivets, dull conchos...you name it, it had it. This Circle P barrel saddle came out beautifully! Lots of dirt and grime that needed scrubbed out but nothing a bit of elbow grease couldn't fix. Even dyed a bleached out spot on the seat jockey to help it blend in better. Really loved how this one turned out

Circle Y off the rack and ready to hit the trails again! You wouldn't believe it from the pictures but it was caked in dirt! Many rounds of scrubbing to get through all of the years of build up but it was worth it. Turned out such a beautiful color.
