To our valued clients and community,
Recent statements have been made publicly regarding Dust To Shine Cleaning. While I will not engage in personal disputes or discuss private employment matters online, I do feel it is important to address a few misconceptions about how our company operates.
Dust To Shine has always been committed to treating our team members fairly and professionally. Every technician who joins our company does so voluntarily and agrees to the compensation structure, expectations, and policies in place before accepting work. Our technicians receive a significant percentage of the revenue generated from the jobs they perform, and our pay structure has always been communicated openly and transparently.
As a business owner, I have consistently worked to accommodate employee schedules, address concerns, invest in tools and systems to improve operations, and bring on additional help when workloads became difficult to manage. Decisions regarding staffing and scheduling are made based on the needs of the business, our clients, and the long-term stability of the company.
I am incredibly proud of the reputation Dust To Shine has built through hard work, professionalism, and the trust our clients place in us. While I understand that not everyone will agree with every business decision I make, those decisions are made with the best interests of the company, our team, and our clients in mind.
Out of respect for everyone involved, I will not be discussing individual personnel matters publicly. I remain focused on serving our clients and continuing to provide the high-quality service our community has come to expect.
Thank you to everyone who has supported Dust To Shine and trusted us in your homes.
