🧹 Questions we get ALL the time at Crossover Cleaning:

1. How many houses do y’all clean in a day?
Anywhere from 4 to 7. Some days are reasonable… some days we question who made the schedule. (It was me.) 😂

2. Are y’all exhausted?
Yes. We’ve actually been since 2022. 😂

3. How do y’all clean so fast?
Four years of experience and the fear of knowing there are 4 more houses after this one. 😂

4. Do y’all talk to each other while you clean?
Yes. By the end of your cleaning, we’ve solved our personal problems, planned dinner and discussed something that happened in 2019.

5. Do you care if my dog follows you around?
Not at all. Your dog is now part of the crew. 🐶😂

6. Do you go home and clean your own house after cleaning all day?
HAHAHAHA. Next question. 😭

7. Do you actually enjoy cleaning?
We do! But ask us again after house #6. 🤣

8. What happens after the last house of the day?

We get in the car, say “I’m not doing ANYTHING when I get home,” and then remember we have to figure out what’s for dinner. 😂😭

9. And you’re doing it all again tomorrow?
See you at 8 AM. 🫡🧹

One thing we’ve learned over the years is that most people don’t hire a cleaning company because they don’t want to clean.

Things we know before we even walk into a house:

• Someone is going to text, “Sorry about the mess.”
• The dog is going to think we came just to see him.
• There will be cups in places cups should never be.
• We’ll find enough dog hair to make a second dog.
• The homeowner thinks their house is the worst we’ve ever seen.

Spoiler alert: it isn’t.

After four years of cleaning homes, we’ve learned that everyone gets behind sometimes. Life gets busy, work gets hectic, kids are messy, pets shed, and somehow the kitchen is dirty again five minutes after it’s cleaned.

Yes, we’re “just cleaners”… but sometimes it’s about so much more than cleaning. ❤️

When we notice a package left at the door, we’ll bring it inside. When a pet needs a little extra love, we’re happy to provide it. If something is out of reach, needs moved, or a small task would make someone’s day a little easier, we do our best to help.

Over the years, we’ve learned that what people remember most isn’t always the perfectly vacuumed floors or sparkling countertops. It’s the kindness. It’s knowing someone cares.

We’re invited into people’s homes during all seasons of life—busy seasons, joyful seasons, and sometimes difficult ones. Being trusted with that is something we never take for granted.
