To all my clients a new cancellation policy for 2025.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
• 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a fee.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-Show Policy: If the client does not provide notice and is not present during the scheduled time, the full service cost will be charged.
• Emergency Exceptions: No fees for emergencies like severe weather or health-related issues.
