We are seeking a committed individual to join us who want to grow as our company continues to grow. You will receive all necessary training in all of our services specifically that of gutter services in all areas. No prior experience is necessary but is a plus. Though we are based in Lenoir, NC, we are currently looking to hire someone in either of the surrounding counties of Caldwell(Burke, Catawba, Watagua and Wilkes)
JOB TYPE:
• Part-Time & Full-Time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to drive company truck, with good driving record(driver's license required)
• Ability to work outdoors in cold or hot climates
• Ability to climb and work on ladders
• Ability to carry equipment up to 50lbs.(toolbelt and extension ladders)
•Dependable/ResponsibleAble with the ability to work independently with initiative
• Fast learner and intuitive
• Strong in communication and time management
• Problem-solver Past experience in these areas is a plus:
JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
(not necessary but a plus)
• Window cleaning/pressure washing
• Home service industry
• Power Tool operation(leaf blower, hand drills, chainsaws...etc.)
EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma or Ged
• 2-3 years experience as a substitute for lack of a High School Diploma
COMPENSATION:
* $12-$15hr during 90 day training period
* Up to $18hr after training
* Bi- Weekly Pay Schedule
* Paid Monthly Commission
* Accrued Vacation Time
