At the end of 2023 I was cleaning out the gutters of a customer and noticed his house was covered in dirt and mold. I offered to professionally wash his house then treat it. He eventually declined and went out and bought wet and forget and sprayed his house with it. 2024 comes around and I noticed his house is covered in splotchy White film and upon inspection it was all of the mold still clinging to the siding. It did kill the mold eventually but does nothing to remove it. For those of you who think this is a good option these photos should show otherwise. Dirt and mold need to be removed, it does not magically disappear.

Imagine an accident with blacktop sealer being sprayed all over the side of your building covering your brick and windows. Not a pretty sight. Diversified surface cleaning was busy at an area high school this week removing the sealer and making it beautiful again.
