Loving this cooler weather, however it can wreak havoc with your lawn.

2 things that can help your lawn ,

#1 Check your irrigation system. I wouldn’t set rotors over 45 mins or spray heads over 30mins.
It’s better to have a slightly dry lawn, than a diseased ridden lawn.

#2 Make sure your irrigation is starting as close as possible to daylight. *We have a property which we couldn’t control the fungus lo and behold their sprinklers were starting at 10pm!
That means the lawn was siting with water for over 7hrs at night! 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is a Empire Zoysia Lawn we’ll start servicing next week.
