♻ To help ensure smooth pickup, please place trash and recycling bins 2–3 feet apart and away from obstacles such as mailboxes, parked cars, fences, or bulky items. For best results, bins should be set out on your collection day with the wheels and handles facing your house.

💪 Our trucks use an automated arm that needs a little extra space to safely grab and empty each bin. Giving bins enough room helps avoid missed pickups or spills which helps keep your neighborhood clean!

🎄 Need to dispose of your Christmas tree? We’ve got options!

🌲 Real trees
Set your real tree out with yard waste.
• Trees over 6 feet must be cut in half.
• String lights will need to be removed.
• If yard waste isn’t included in your service, call us to schedule it for a small fee.

🎄 Fake trees
Fake trees can be set out for bulky pickup.
• String lights do not need to be removed.
• If bulky pickup isn’t included in your service, call us to schedule it for a small fee.

Please place trees on the ground, a few feet away from the bins.

📦 Have extra boxes this holiday season? 🎁
If you’re part of our recycling program and your extra boxes don’t fit in your bin with the lid closed, no worries — we’ll still take them! Here are a few quick tips:

✔️ Break boxes down so they’re no larger than the bin
✔️ Stack the extra boxes 2–3 feet away from the bin(s)

This helps our arm truck avoid making a mess and allows our crew to pick them up and load them efficiently while staying on route.
