Disengage, refuse to discuss, back off, leave the room, ignore.

Do whatever it takes whenever someone is poking you with a stick. Remind yourself that it is their problem.
You're too good to let their trivial babble get to you.
Talk yourself down. Leaving is always preferable to fighting.

When life gets so busy and you just don’t have time to clean your house. And some cannot afford to have someone clean it in their budget. Don’t stress yourself out, just clean a little each day, one day clean the kitchen, the next the bathrooms, next dusting and lastly clean the floors. Have a great day. 😊
