Termites are drawn to sources of wood around your home, since wood is their primary food source. Termites can bore through significant amounts of wood in a short time period. While you may notice signs around your home, much of this damage tends to be internal, which can make it challenging to spot early. This means wooden furniture, built-ins, even books are all potential food sources for these destructive pests. Unfortunately, these types of damage often result in the need for replacements rather than repairs, which can quickly get costly. If you suspect termite activity due to any of these signs, a professional termite inspection can examine these areas and treat them if needed to eliminate the pests.

It's mice season. Be sure to check your plumbing & pipes that come into the home for small openings. Also check around doors, windows & vents to make sure they seal tightly. These are the 'roads' for the mice to gain entrance to your home.
