Mother’s Day isn’t about flowers or a single day of recognition.
It’s about honoring a lifetime of sacrifice.
From the moment a child is born, a mother gives—her time, her energy, her sleep, her attention, and a piece of herself every single day. And the truth is… it never really stops.
She’s always there.
Always thinking about her kids.
Always worrying.
Always showing up—whether anyone notices or not.
What most people don’t see is the cost.
The miles driven. The long days. The constant giving.
Being the biggest supporter, the steady presence, the one who holds everything together.
And one day, those kids grow up and build lives of their own.
That’s the goal—but it doesn’t make the sacrifice any smaller.
It’s a role that can feel thankless at times.
Not because the love isn’t there… but because the full weight of it isn’t understood until later.
I see it in my own life.
My wife spent 19 years as a stay-at-home mom, pouring everything into our family. And now she’s stepped into a role at AAA Plumbing—not because she had to, but because she believes in what we’re building.
That’s what mothers do.
They give. They support. They show up—again and again.
Today, we honor that.
