✨ A Little Thank You & Reminder From Elle of A Clean ✨
At Elle of A Clean, we truly want to thank every single person who has given our small business a try, referred us to someone else, shared our page, or continues to book recurring cleanings with us. We understand that without all of you, Elle of A Clean would not be successful, and we are genuinely grateful for every opportunity we get to serve our community. 💜
One thing we have always taken pride in is trying to keep our cleaning services affordable. We know everyone isn’t made of money, and sometimes people genuinely just need a little help getting their home back together. When we can accommodate someone’s situation, we will always try our best to do so.
With that being said, we also want to give a gentle reminder that Elle of A Clean is still a business. We have overhead costs, supplies, transportation, and most importantly, our time and labor. Right now, there are only two of us, and depending on scheduling, sometimes only one person is completing an entire cleaning. Hopefully, one day our little team will grow, but for now, we are a very, very small business doing our best to provide quality service at reasonable prices.
We absolutely LOVE referrals and appreciate when our clients recommend us! However, please keep in mind that being referred by someone does not necessarily mean your cleaning will be the same price as theirs. Every home and every cleaning is different.
Someone may tell you what they paid, but their price could have been based on the size of their home, the condition of the home, the services requested, whether they are a recurring client, or a special or promotion we were offering at the time. This is exactly why we ask questions before giving a quote—we want to understand what YOU need so we can price your service accordingly.
We kindly ask that you refrain from saying, “Well, so-and-so only pays this amount,” with the expectation of receiving the same price. We are always happy to work with you when possible, but another client’s price does not automatically determine the price of your cleaning.
Again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting Elle of A Clean. Whether you’ve booked once, book with us regularly, referred a friend, shared a post, or simply recommended our name, you are helping a small business continue to grow.
