Be aware of your surroundings! This little fella surprised a couple of our home inspectors out in Sun City in Georgetown today. Luckily I was on my way to be able to relocate it so it couldn’t harm anyone on the property.

We just learned that a Private-Equity owned company is selling grinder pump system replacements for OVER TWO TIMES our price, AND they did not specify a powerful enough pump for Lago Vista. So it's only a matter of time until that money is completely wasted.
