A family off Bay Area Boulevard came to us wanting a pool for their two kids and a spa for themselves. On paper, everything looked fine.
But when we dropped their *actual* backyard into 3D — to scale, down to the inch — we spotted a slope that would've turned into a drainage headache six weeks into the build.
So we raised the spa, added a spillover, and turned the problem into the prettiest feature in the yard. They approved the design on a Tuesday. Thirty-one days later, their kids were doing cannonballs. 🌊
