Some before & afters of a make ready clean (tenants moved out leaving lots of dog hair, food, and mess, put window units in even though it was not needed, ect)!

This home is off Perkins in old league city and is about to be ready for rent! It is a 2/1 with a huge backyard.
New flooring, and it was cleaned before repainting + cleaned again after (I spent 1 1/2 days before and 1 full day after!).
They will also be recaulking the bathroom 🙌🏼

Just a list of what was cleaned from me in this move out/move in ready
- baseboards
-walls
- floors
-cabinets inside and out
-drawers
-countertops
-blinds
-outlets
-windows
-doors
-window seals/frames
-in and outside of fridge (all parts taken out and cleaned)
- in and outside of oven (nobs and heating elements taken apart/off and bottom drawer- cleaned)
-in and outside of microwave
-in and outside of both washer and dryer
-countertops were sanded down new by owners and cleaned with mineral oil
-shower & tub
-toilet
-closet
-door frames
-ceiling fans and light fixtures
-laundry room doors and all the slats
-backsplash

$38/hour -not providing any cleaning supplies
$40/hour - providing some cleaning supplies
$42/)hour - providing all cleaning supplies

This is for new and existing clients.

* as always ; I do not clean up pet or human f***s, urine or any other bodily fluids.
*Carpet shampooing is available again at $30 per room. Carpet shampoo cleaner is provided by me.
*Laundry services are $15 per load at my home, $5 per load at your home.
*Dishes are $8 per load- your home during your clean (washed & loaded. If clean dishes are in dishwasher I will put them away as best to my knowledge and included in this pricing).

Also did a wipe down of the baseboards this visit and around the bottom ledge of the dog kennel/entertainment center. 🙌🏼

•vacuumed walls & ceiling fans
•scrubbed baseboards
•cleaned bathrooms
•cleaned stains on carpets and walls
•cleaned all shelving, countertops, and drawers
•freezer and fridge clean out
•microwave, stove top&oven
•vacuum 3 times on carpets that had Pets!
•carpet shampooed with more pet hair that came up!
•mopped floors!

Move out clean also cleaned under the oven, inside washer parts, on top of fridge, blinds, ALL air conditioning vents, and more spots all the dust settles that sometimes are forgot about 🙌🏼

I scrubbed the whole thing (grout, tiles, baseboards) with my little grout brush, then mopped it a few times to get all the cleaner + dirt up! 🙌🏼

Don’t mind the bucket of mop water- it was emptied and refilled/clean a few times!

I try to use safe products (folex, baking soda, vinegar, Lysol brand, for anything kiddos may touch- cleaner with bleach IS used on toilets and white bathrooms)

Details on extras
Shampoo carpe and grout scrubbing pricing is per room.
Laundry is starting price for 2 loads, washer dryed and put away- this can be discussed on how long I will be there or if you’re wanting me to bring loads home and back to you.
Dishes are starting price- usually for a normal amount, this is for about 1 load of dishwasher and put away(if dishes are stacked high in the sink, that’s okay- happens to me too and we can discuss that!!) If you do not have a dishwasher (as we do not) we can discuss that too!
Outside windows starting at $20 for 5 windows!
