This month I'm challenging myself to take my daily restaurant cleaning to the next level with a true **deep cleaning challenge**. One of my biggest focuses is removing smoke odors. Some restaurants have VIP cigar rooms, while others are completely smoke-free, but every restaurant deserves the same level of care and attention.
I believe in taking pride in every detail, creating a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment for every guest. There's nothing more rewarding than earning repeat clients through quality work and consistency.

1. **Open doors and windows** and use fans or air scrubbers to exchange the air.
2. **Replace HVAC filters** and have the ductwork inspected if the odor is strong throughout the restaurant.
3. **Wash all hard surfaces** (walls, ceilings, tables, chairs, baseboards, doors, and light fixtures) with a commercial degreaser designed to remove smoke residue.
4. **Deep clean upholstered booths and fabric seating** with hot-water extraction or steam cleaning.
5. **Shampoo carpets or clean hard floors thoroughly**, paying attention to corners and under furniture.
6. **Clean vents, ceiling fans, and air returns**, as smoke residue collects there.
