💙 Celebrating inclusion through the arts! 🐧🎭

This month, members of the Speech Solutions team had the opportunity to attend The Penguin Project at —an inspiring production that showcases the incredible talents of youth with disabilities alongside peer mentors.

The Penguin Project is so much more than a musical. It creates opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop friendships, express themselves, and shine on stage in an environment where everyone belongs.

At Speech Solutions, we see every day how communication, connection, and confidence can open doors. That's why we're proud to support organizations like Theatre Lawrence that create meaningful, inclusive experiences for children and young adults in our community.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this year's production possible—from the Youth Artists and Peer Mentors to the families, volunteers, directors, and sponsors. Your dedication helps create opportunities that extend far beyond the stage.

💜 As National Cleft & Craniofacial Awareness and Prevention Month comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible strength of individuals and families living with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other craniofacial differences.

Awareness doesn't end when the calendar turns. Throughout the year, children and adults with craniofacial differences may benefit from a team of professionals working together to support speech, feeding, communication, and overall quality of life.

Speech-language pathologists often play an important role in helping individuals develop clear communication skills and confidence while partnering with physicians, surgeons, orthodontists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive care.
