We are looking for an experienced hoe operator and skidsteer operator to join the team in Edmonton!

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator with a minimum of five years of verifiable experience operating heavy equipment in a variety of excavation and site preparation tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, takes pride in their work, and can operate independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators safely and efficiently in various site conditions.
• Perform trenching, grading, backfilling, and other earthmoving operations.
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with job supervisors and crew members.
• Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating excavators.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
• Strong understanding of excavation best practices and safety standards.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours when required.

Preferred:
• Experience with GPS or laser-guided systems.
• Ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment.
• Previous work in residential or commercial dirt work projects
