A very nice client in Henderson was moving out Sunday afternoon and told our technicians his stains are very bad and he hopes we can get rid of them in order for him to get his deposit back from his landlord.

Most companies will try to upsell the moment they have you on the phone but not Carpet Bros.

Our client today in North Las Vegas said he wanted to pay for a shampoo and carpet extraction due to the heavy duty stain he had on his carpet. We asked him for a photo after looking at it we told him that we can most likely get rid of it through the shampoo and we would not feel comfortable charging him for something he may not even need.

After treating the area for 15 minutes we got rid of it completely through the shampoo and saved our client $100

We stand by honest business and this is why the community of Las Vegas trust our company.

A client called us last minute and said he needed the carpets inside of his RV shampooed and steamed so of course the Carpet Bros came to the rescue.
