I call Tesla owners research nerds, and I'm mean it in the best way possible 🙏🏽 Read why 👇🏽
After doing paint coatings for nearly 8 years, I have no doubt ICON is the type of product most people would actually want and benefit from. But there's a problem ‼️
In order for customers to KNOW that, it takes a little bit of research, which we noticed was more common in Tesla clientele, along with few other cars. BUT I got to tell you an industry secret 😳
MOST PEOPLE DONT DO THAT BEFORE THEY SPEND MONEY AND SHOPS KNOW IT
Ok I said it, and I hope im wrong. But for real, we see a lot customers fall for the "10 year ceramic coatings for $599" because the flyer said it would protect their paint, without actually knowing why or how.
A common example, people that aren't told their ceramic coatings need top coats regularly to last 🗣️🗣️ This is how deceptive marketing takes over!
That's why we make a phone consultations a non-negotiable, we're not trying to annoy customers, but because I genuinely do not want you spending money on my services without knowing what to really expect. That's how you do good and fair business, which is what we strive for 😎
