We are looking for a motivated, experienced cleaner to become part of our close-knit 3-person cleaning crew. We run a tight, professional operation and we take our work seriously — and we want someone who does too.
About the Role:
You will be assigned a specific role within a 3-person team, and every job ends with the whole team tackling the kitchen together. We have high standards, and we back that up with a double-check system to make sure every home we leave is spotless. That means your work will be reviewed — and that's a good thing. It keeps us all at our best.
One of our non-negotiables: bathroom floors are cleaned by hand using hand towels, not mops. It's more thorough, it's our method, and it's what sets us apart. If that sounds like something you can get behind, keep reading.
What We're Looking For:
- Cleaning experience (residential is a plus)
- Your own reliable transportation
- Comfort with everyday technology — you'll need to communicate via smartphone, text, email, and Zoom
- A positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions the first time
- Willingness to have your work double-checked as part of our standard quality process
- Ability to work physically — kneeling, bending, and hand-cleaning surfaces
