🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Misfits Auto Detailing Crew Apprehended by New Mexico State Police! 🚨

What started as a normal detail quickly turned into a full-blown investigation.

New Mexico State Police arrived on scene after receiving reports of a suspicious individual aggressively attacking a patrol unit… with a pressure washer, microfiber towels, and an unreasonable amount of tire shine. 😂

Officers approached cautiously and caught the Misfits crew red-handed.

The evidence was everywhere:
• Dirt mysteriously disappearing
• Tires looking suspiciously black
• Paint reflecting like a mirror
• Microfiber towels scattered around the scene
• One detailer repeatedly saying, “I’m almost done, I just saw one more spot.”

After inspecting the patrol vehicle, officers had only one question:

“Who gave you permission to make this thing look this good?” 👮‍♂️😂

The Misfits crew was immediately apprehended and charged with First-Degree Detailing, Possession of Excessive Shine, and Making a State Police unit look dangerously clean.

Fortunately, all charges were dropped after officers determined we were simply doing our job.

Another successful detail in the books. 😎

Las Cruces alot of you are lined up waiting for the scratch and shine tunnel wash. Sure it gets your vehicle clean but at what cost?

Your vehicles paint gets destroyed, not this one time. I know what you’re thinking, “BUT I can run my car through there how ever many times I want in 30 days. What a deal, right?”

WRONG! Call your local detailer who will treat your vehicle with caution, respect and give you a service you can trust while building a relationship that will last for years.

🌧️ ALL THIS RAIN ISN’T JUST GETTING YOUR VEHICLE WET…

Las Cruces, El Paso & Hatch have been getting plenty of rain lately—and once that water dries, your paint can be left covered in:

💧 Water spots & mineral deposits
🌵 Dirt, dust & road grime
🛣️ Road film kicked up from wet roads
🐦 Contaminants that can bond to the paint
✨ Dull, dirty-looking paint after everything dries

And with our strong desert sun, letting mineral deposits and contamination sit on the paint can make them harder to remove over time.

Now is the perfect time for an exterior reset.

At Misfits Auto Detailing, we can safely clean your paint, remove built-up contamination, and add protection to help make future washes easier.

Don’t wait until the water spots are etched into the paint. Protect it now.

It’s not clean until it’s Misfits Clean.
