Updated booking policy
1) Please fill out our cleaning client questionnaire and submit it as your first message if applicable. Please make sure that pictures are attached with a label if possible (master bedroom, master bathroom etc).
2) A quote based on the above information will be sent back to you, unless we have more questions or you have a unique request that needs a virtual or an in-person tour. Please note that we try to give quotes virtually primarily and if we are requested or decide we need to see the property in person; we will charge a booking fee/travel fee.
3) First time residential homes require a deep clean to start.
4) Starter short term rentals with no prior history of using cleaners will require a thorough cleaning consultation (this will include a recommended list of cleaning supplies to stock, recommended methods to stock and organize, how to decide if it is time for a deep clean, simple suggested safety measures, a cleaning guide/checklist for your property and our suggested pricing for cleaning. Our consultations range from $60-$99.
5) A standard booking fee of $30 is required to finalize any appointment. This holds your time on our schedule and allows us to prepare for your cleaning. The booking fee increases to $50 for move in/move out cleanings. The booking fee increases to $75 for new construction/renovation cleanings. The booking fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
6) All move out cleanings/New construction will require that 50% be paid at the halfway mark and the other 50% immediately upon finishing.
7)All walkthroughs must be done before we leave the property, we will not adjust pricing for any issue after we have left the property.
8)We offer limited linen services: Bedding & towels only.
9) We offer limited organization services: Extremely basic, quick and simple rearranging of items for short term rentals so that it looks like the original staging pictures (within limits).
10) A late fee of $30 will be added if the final payment is not received within an hour of finishing the service.
11) All new construction/Pest cleanings/hoarder must provide their own cleaning supplies. We recommend booking a consultation to make sure you have the right things.
12) All hoarder/property neglect cleanings will require a full payment up front.
13) We will give a max time on site, but we do not give a minimum time on site. If your cleaning is not finished withing our max time, you can opt to purchase more hours, according to our availability.
14) We require at least 48 hours notice for cancelations. 24 hours or less will result in 30 % of the cleaning owed on top of the prepaid booking fee.
15) We offer discounts for clients that supply their own cleaning supplies (highly recommended for sanitation purposes).
16) We offer discounts for people/companies that book multiple cleanings on the same day.
17) We will not refund booking fees for extreme weather conditions (tropical storm, floods, hurricanes, tsunami, earthquakes, fires, damage to a vehicle en route to your property, guests that check out late and prevent a full cleaning by the necessary completion time.
18) If laundry cannot be done on site, we will charge extra for this. We will include travel to and from your unit to the laundry site, the costs to use the laundromat, detergent and pricing for the labor.
19) Basic stocking is included for short term rentals (items must already be in the home).
20) Delivery and or personal shopping are separate fees.
21) We do not offer handyman services.
22)We do charge extra for pet cleanings. Please alert us in advance and make sure the pets are securely put away during your cleaning.
23) Walls are not included and will be extra.
24) Windows, screens and ac's are not included and must be booked with another company who offers these services.
25) Grills, inside of ovens etc are extra charges and must be booked in advance so that we can prepare for the additional time needed.
26) Travel is included in the booking fee for all booked cleanings except for cleanings over 1.5 hours away for Puerto Rico and cleanings over 45 minutes away in Florida.
27) Last minute add ons may not be possible as we schedule and plan our timing in advance.
28) We reserve the right to bring a helper, however if one is specifically requested it may result in an additional charge.
29) Tasks and errands are additional charges.
30) We do not offer recycling options at this time.
31) Invoices can be provided upon request (please allow up to 48 hours for this).
