We’re looking for two positions to join our growing team:

🧹 Experienced Residential Cleaner (Part-Time or Full-Time)
• Previous cleaning experience required
• Weekend availability is a MUST
• Valid driver’s license
• W-2 employee position (not contractor)
• Weekly pay
• Paid drive time between jobs
• Supplemental benefits available
• Use of company vehicles during work hours
• Tips and growth opportunities

📞 Client & Operations Assistant (20–30 Hours/Week)
• In-office position in Largo (NO work from home)
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and leads
• Communicate with clients and cleaning teams
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Assist with Airbnb laundry and organization
• Run basic office and Airbnb-related errands
• Strong organization and customer service skills required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Cleaning Company Q&A
— A few things we get asked a lot! 🧼✨

Q: Do you use contractors or employees?
A: Nope! All of our cleaners are in-house W-2 employees. They’re trained under our standards, covered under our insurance, use our supplies, and work as part of our team — no random contractors or rotating apps.

Q: Will I have the same cleaner every time?
A: Usually, yes! We always try to keep the same team/team lead with recurring clients because consistency matters. Of course, life happens (sickness, vacations, emergencies, etc.) but keeping familiar faces in your home is something we prioritize.

Q: Do you bring your own supplies?
A: Yes! We come fully supplied and equipped so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Q: What if I want something done a certain way?
A: Tell us! We love feedback and notes. Every home is different, and we’d rather know your preferences so we can make your cleaning work best for you.

This shower needed some serious attention, but nothing beats that fresh, clean after.

Be honest… when’s the last time you cleaned your fridge?
Most people tell me… never.

Here’s my quick hack ⬇️
I clean it while I’m doing groceries. Toss the old stuff, then as I put new things in, I wipe the shelves with a rag + all-purpose cleaner.

That’s it. Takes 10 minutes and keeps it from ever getting gross.

Not a full deep clean—but it makes a HUGE difference 🙌
