Car Wash Manager Position – Lansing, Michigan
Lansing Car Wash is seeking an experienced Car Wash Manager to oversee the operations of our newly renovated facility. We are currently undergoing a complete renovation, and this is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation from A-Z.
Managerial experience is required.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with us, potentially advancing into a General Manager role.
Position Overview:
The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the car wash. This includes leading a team of attendants, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining equipment, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
Salary: $60,000 annually plus bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of car wash attendants to ensure efficient operations.
• Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks based on daily needs.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and car wash products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a car wash environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software).
