We replaced damaged metal sheets, fixed the wood slats along the eave, and installed new fascia on the rake end.

Added new panels with corner trim, tightened up the headwall flashing, and reinforced the upper overhang with longer screws where wind was lifting it.

Now it’s solid and ready for whatever weather comes next.

We repaired this roof after storm damage by removing the blown-off section, installing full ice guard protection, and re-shingling everything.

Added a new ridge vent and cap for better airflow, and fixed the opposite side too — replacing bent drip edge and damaged shingles.

Now it’s sealed up tight and ready for the next storm.

Backside flat roof — rebuilt the right way.

We tore off the old material, installed 1/2” insulation board, and finished it with a new EPDM rubber roof.

Locked everything in with drip edge and termination bar so it stays sealed and watertight.

Simple, solid, and built to last.

We took this roof down to the deck on both the house and attached garage and rebuilt it with a complete new system.

Big changes on this job:
– Removed skylights and sealed those areas up properly
– Installed 8 new box vents for better airflow
– Full ice & water protection (except front gable)
– New flashing, drip edge, and underlayment
– Storm-nailed shingles for extra durability
