📢 Booking Policy Update

To better protect appointment times reserved for my clients, a $50 booking deposit will now be required for all new clients when scheduling a cleaning.

✨ The deposit is applied toward the cost of your cleaning service.
✨ Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice may transfer the deposit to a new appointment date.
✨ Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if I am unable to access the home at the scheduled appointment time.

As a small business, every appointment slot is valuable, and last-minute cancellations are often difficult to fill. Thank you for understanding and supporting a local small business!
