Basic cleaning. Must be honest and dependable. Have transportation and 2 years of experience in this field. Willing to train if you are an exceptional candidate.
Be motivated and have great customer service skills.
Knowledge of floor cleaning a PLUS: VCT/ carpet/extraction/etc as well as experience cleaning medical facilities.
PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND DETERMINED AFTER INTERVIEW.
No cash pay so please don't ask.
Interviews will be scheduled accordingly.

Year round Commercial Cleaning. Sanitizing and vacuuming apartment community hall ways, Cleaning vacant apartments year round and must also be able to partake in mass student turnover.
Dependability and reliable transportation a requirement. First shift (9-1 &/or 1-5) available. I am willing to adjust hours and times as early as 7am up till 9pm. No Holidays or weekends.
***Note***There will be weekend hours available during student turnover. Year round cleaners will be given FIRST DIBS on wanting the weekend hours at that time or passing up on them.
Fast pace environment, Display an eye for detail. Job starts at $14.00 per hour for the first 30 DAYS pay raise after review to $15.00 per hour. Following yearly reviews pay raises every 6 months. NO UNDER THE TABLE PAY!!!
Work available in Mid Michigan. Lansing and surroundings.
