Responsibilities
The overall strategic intent of this role is to reduce the sales and estimating workload, allowing the franchise partner to focus operational excellence and leading their people. The ideal candidate is a capable individual with previous selling experience with a foundational understanding of setting and achieving goals with an underlying desire to grow into a sales manager.

Sales: The sales associate is responsible for completing all on-site and over-the-phone estimates. Setting and achieving both new and repeat estimate goals as well as Sales KPI goals such as monthly sales, Sales AJS and Success Rate.
Training: The sales associate also plays a role in performing lead and senior lead technician upsell coaching.
Compensation
Hourly: $13 - $15 / hour
Incentives
Monthly Bonus Structure: Being a sales role, the position relies on a robust bonus structure to subsidize the hourly rate.
• New Customer bookings : 1.5% of revenue
• Repeat Bookings: 2.5% of revenue
• Estimate Goal Hit: $50
• Sales Goal hit: $100
