This is why you have to remove cabinets when an area floods. Mold has already started a colony on this site. Granite countertops and any plumbed fixtures need to be removed as well. Drywall will be checked with a moisture meter and the right amount of drywall removed and insulation if necessary. Proper containment changes with projects.

A little face lift to windows on this 100+ year old building. Repaired a little damage she took on over the years. They let me trim it out in vinyl board on the exterior. Vinyl is final!

On going roof leak from a poor designed scupper box roof drain. This problem has damaged all three levels of this house. This damage most likely wouldn’t be covered by your insurance. Inspect your property during these heavy rains. If you need help with an inspection I can always be hired to help you. Now that the wood is bio washed and drying out, we can encapsulate and rebuild. Then move on to the second and first floor areas and do the same thing.
