We are a growing cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team!

We are looking to fill this position immediately.

This is a part time position as a helper. It starts at $16 an hour with 15-25 hours per week. After we feel confident in your abilities to follow what we are looking for, you will be promoted to a cleaning technician at $20 an hour with anywhere from 25-40 hours per week.

Must be flexible as there are no set times for cleaning.

We are looking for someone who wants a job. We are not looking for someone who is trying to make money on their way to the next thing.

What We’re Looking For:
Honesty, trustworthiness, and dependability
Must be able to pass background check
Strong work ethic
High level of integrity
High attention to detail
Pride of a job well done
The love to clean, help others, and to organize and create beautiful spaces
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and the ability to be a team player

Responsibilities:
Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning
Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
Communicate professionally with clients and other employees
Maintain supplies and equipment

Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous cleaning experience is a plus (but willing to train)
