Hi fellow Land O’ Lakers! Summer is now upon us, which means spending more time with friends and family. If you are entertaining guests, sometimes you need a cool space to take a break from the heat. If having a clean home means everything to you, then you have landed on the right post. I offer many different types of cleaning services, with pride and professionalism. Details are outlined below. Photos are from past cleanings of mine. I think I cover just about everything, but if you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to message me with as much information as you need. Nothing is TLDR for me.

❓ How long have I been cleaning homes?
I have been in the profession for three years now. I have serviced the north and south Mississippi areas, as well as the greater Memphis area in Tennessee, and the city of Fayetteville in North Carolina.

❓What is included in each clean?

📌 ROUTINE
Kitchen:
* all countertops cleaned using appropriate solution and dried to a shine
* Faucet and sink cleaned/scrubbed, including area in the back where grime collects
* Front of all appliances cleaned with appropriate solution and wiped to a shine. Example: stainless steel cleaner for fridges/oven door edges/etc.
* all glass surfaces cleaned
* Any decorations on walls or tables dusted
* Kitchen tables and chairs dusted on every surface, including underneath
* Floors swept and mopped

Bathrooms:
* all counter surfaces cleaned and wiped to a shine, including top area where dust collects and behind sinks
* Sinks scrubbed out/faucets cleaned to shine
* All mirrors cleaned to a shine
* Any decorations dusted
* Tubs scrubbed out using flat scouring pad and appropriate cleaner to remove all soap scum; for tubs with an outer edge, that is also cleaned
* Shower scrubbed with flat scouring pad to remove soap scum, mold/mildew, using two solutions on tiles and grout
* Shower doors scrubbed to remove white soap scum and then window cleaner used to dry to a shine
* Toilets scrubbed on the inside of the bowel, including under the edges. Top and bottom of seat cleaned, including all other porcelain surfaces on the rim, outside, and bottom.
* Floors swept and mopped

Living areas:
* All furniture dusted with appropriate solution on top, bottom, legs
* Objects removed to get under them
* Objects thoroughly dusted and replaced
* For all picture frames, they are dusted, and the glass windows portion is cleaned with glass cleaner
* Cloth furniture brushed off; leather furniture dusted and cleaned with proper solution
* Floors vacuumed (carpet), or swept and mopped
* Rugs vacuumed after lifting them to get underneath

☝🏼 All other rooms follow the same idea. In short, I do not cut corners or clean around things. My routine cleans are INCREDIBLY thorough.

📌 DEEP CLEANS
include everything in a routine clean, with the following options added. The more extensive, the higher the cost.
* baseboards
* Blinds
* Walls
* Doors
* Windows
* Cabinets
➕ Additional options (higher charge)
* inside fridge completely organized and cleaned (drawers washed out)
* Inside oven scrubbed (racks removed)

📌 MOVE-OUT CLEANS
include ALL of the above. Every inch of the home is cleaned except the ceiling

❓How does my pricing work?
Many cleaning services either charge by the hour or charge a flat rate based off pre-set options. I find both of these methods to be ineffective based off my own experience and the concerns of my clients through the years. I price my cleanings based off the size of the home, the amount of work involved to get it in sparkling shape, and the NEEDS OF THE CLIENT.

❓How do I know amount of work needing done?
After speaking with each new client either through text or over the phone, I will give a rough estimate based off the size and their description. If that range works for them, we will schedule a day for me to come and view the home. I will go through each room and explain to the client exactly what I will do and ask them what areas they want focus. I will give a price at that time.

❓Do I charge for estimates?
Yes. But it’s not a lot. I have had people waste my time after driving out to their home and they were not serious. With the cost of gas, I can’t afford to drive for free if no work is being performed. I will travel up to an hour from my location.

Hi Fayetteville and surrounding areas! I have made some changes in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic since my last post.

• I will supply a vacuum, mop, and broom, unless already provided.
• I still ask that all clients supply the products necessary for routine cleans. I will send you a list of the products I use for best results. I always have back ups on me in case you are lacking a cleaning product.
• Due to an increase in cases of COVID-19, I still wear a mask at all times and do not remove it while cleaning.
• I ask that clients please wear a mask when in the room with me, but it is not required.
• If possible, please limit number of persons in home, such as guests.
• I require the use of bleach on bathroom and kitchen surfaces in order to disinfect. If you require natural products, I cannot provide services. Tough to clean bathrooms require mold, mildew, and soap scum remover, some of which contain bleach. Stains and residue will be left behind with lighter chemicals.

If you have any questions, feel free to message or text me at 662-288-9174. I do not have a standard protocol, since every house requires different services. Communication and making a plan is key to providing the best clean possible. I cater to each client’s individual needs for their home, and can focus on different requests each clean.

🦠😷 To ensure your protection as well as mine, I use the following protocol for home cleanings and ask that you please read the following before contacting me to ensure I am the right fit for your needs. I require all customers comply with the following:

• During this crisis, I only clean homes with two or fewer residents present in the home WHILE I AM CLEANING.
• I wear a mask at all times, do not remove it, and I wear it properly, covering the mouth and nose. For deep cleans I may lower the mask to catch a breath if no one is present around me.
• I do NOT wear gloves, as the amount of surfaces I touch would require constant removal of gloves if PROPER technique is used, and the risk of contamination is actually higher. I also don’t want to leave a pile of gloves in your home. It is completely unnecessary, as my hands are almost always disinfected due to having bleach on them constantly. Part of what makes me get your home sparking clean is being able to feel surfaces to ensure I left no residue behind.
• I require that the client supply all cleaning materials, with one of them being a bleach solution, so that less things are brought into your home from the outside.
• I do not supply a vacuum. I do not want to bring dust from another person’s home into yours, and I do not want other people’s dust in my vehicle. I can supply a broom and mop, as I sanitize them after every cleaning.
• I use BLEACH on most surfaces that cannot be damaged by the chemical. This is typically only in the bathrooms and kitchen. For customers requiring only natural cleaning products, I am not the right fit for your needs at the current time. I will post an update if this changes.
• I require that all residents of the home choose a room separate than the one I am cleaning. Please try to limit contact as much as possible.
• I require that all residents wear facial covering when in the same room as me, and that they maintain a distance of at least 6 feet. I will temporarily move if the residents of the home need to use the space.

I am a very down to earth person and get along well with all my regular customers. I had to list these guidelines as a precaution, and I prefer to be extra thorough. Communication is key regarding all aspects of doing business. My main point is to use common sense and to follow the same protocol that you would in an indoor space outside of the home, such as the grocery store, for example. 🦠 Due to COVID-19, I am following strict protocol to keep my clients and myself safe.
* I wear a mask the entire time I am in your home without touching it or removing it; I put the mask on prior to entering home
* I ask that all residents keep a distance of at least 6 feet and try to stay in one location during the duration of my cleaning to avoid contact
* I disinfect all my cleaning gear and supplies prior to my arrival and prior to me leaving the home
* I ask that clients provide the supplies they prefer me to use, and at least one must contain bleach for disinfecting
* Clients must provide their own vacuum, so that I am not bringing other peoples dander into the home
* I can supply wet mop, broom, and microfiber mop for applying solution to hardwood floors

💵 My prices are based off of estimates that I give, depending on
* the size of the home
* number of beds and baths
* and amount of work required to clean
* The initial visit for routine cleaning is typically higher than the regular cost of future routine cleanings. After the initial clean, an agreed upon, set price will be charged each cleaning. To get a rough idea of what the cost will be:
* Routine cleans: roughly $25/hr
* Deep cleans: roughly $40/hr
* For a routine clean that requires a lot of work on the initial clean, roughly split the difference
* Move-Out/Move-In cleans: I view the home on a date prior to the cleaning appointment and give a set price for me to clean it top to bottom
* I DO NOT charge by the hour, so that is an approximation
